Central aspect: the most important facts about me
Krefeld, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
My personal objective is to combine the best of the two worlds of engineering and modern IT.
Central aspect: a social anchor

Central aspect: simple and meaningful curriculum vitae
Curriculum Vitae - Markus Leist
This curriculum vitae is not only based on professional data, but also on personal motives and goals. This allows for a first - perhaps more personal - assessment of me as a person.
I enjoy working with other people. Hopefully, such a presentation helps others to better understand how and why I "tick".
This also includes the development over the timeline since 1988.
The educationalist and sociologist Peter Alheit calls this a "self-actualisation biography" and sees many positive effects in it.
Central aspect: value-creating craft in IT
d4 is a kind of template project for creating µServices based on python. These µServices collect existing data (e.g. inventory data from IT systems) and make this data available in a distributed way via standardised interfaces (REST-API) and in a standardised form (JSON-LD).
For this purpose, the µServices collect data and offer possibilities to link the individual data sets with each other. ...
µServices that are intended to enable the value-added consolidation of distributed data across organisational and departmental boundaries.
Central aspect: engineering work with data
Methods, concepts and theories around distributed data.
In a sense, the IT-related project d4 is emerging from this construction kit.
Central aspect: Explanations and definitions of terms
In many years of work and even more conversations, there have always been misunderstandings. These misunderstandings are often due to different understandings of terms.
A glossary here offers a first place to at least become aware of these misunderstandings. The present glossary is of course understood to be a "permanent work in progress" - feedback is always welcome.

Central aspect: knowledge building, knowledge transfer
This is a collection of technical texts and impulses on the topic of "Smart Energy". "Smart" should be understood here as technically adept, professionally refined and intelligent.
The motivation is to collect and bring together knowledge in this area and the people behind it who are highly competent in science and technology.
We are just at the beginning of a very demanding, highly complex and important journey for all our futures. In addition to networking, knowledge transfer is a crucial success factor here - both of which only work through a vibrant community of experts and stakeholders.
Central aspect: Competences and methods
kompetenzspektrum.de is an idea to develop professional competences and methodological competences together.
kompetenzspektrum.de is, in a way, a "temporary professional friendship", whereby the further development remains deliberately open. We always find ourselves in an interesting area between egoism and cooperation. In the past, there have been some impulses from which small collaborations have emerged and some larger developments from which long-standing (professional) friendships have grown.
Central aspect: Different perspectives on the person, work, values and motives from a bird's eye view.
In all publications, I question the most diverse aspects and am often not sure whether everything is so correct. However, I am sure of one thing: if you want to make a difference, silence is not a successful way.
There is a tension between "unsolicited striptease" and "constructive transparency" - only feedback enables me to have a positive effect on this tension and to feel comfortable with it.
